We're Overture Brand Studio, and we're looking for some amazing Business Development talent. Through award-winning design and strategy we are proud to serve as the bridge that unites cultural narratives with mainstream audiences, transforming the way brands tell stories and engage with their communities.

What's Tea? ☕
We're looking for two Business Development masterminds to join our team and grow our client list. You'll be the face of Overture, connecting with brands and organizations that care deeply about making a difference.
Your Mission (Should you chose to accept it)
Cook up some fire business acquisition strategies with our leadership team 🔥
- Brainstorm innovative campaign ideas that make brands pop and social impact sizzle
- Collaborate with our creative geniuses to turn concepts into scroll-stopping, share-worthy content're talking cutting-edge, not just following the crowd)
- Stay on top of industry trends and bring fresh perspectives to the table (we're talking cutting-edge, not just following the crowd)
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Slide into prospects' DMs (or LinkedIn, email, phone - whatever works!)
- Turn those cold leads into hot prospects faster than you can say "signed, sealed, delivered"
Crafting compelling pitches and RFP proposals
- Tell folks why Overture is THE agency to work with
- You turn boring business speak into stories so captivating they make clients go "Wow!"
Crush those sales goals like it's nobody's business
Network like a boss at industry events (free apps and good convo? Yes, please!)
Live our mission by taking care of yourself and your team (because happy people do great work, periodt!)
Are You That Somebody?
- You've got experience selling professional services, especially in creative marketing/advertising (major bonus points!)
- You're a team player who can also hustle solo when needed
- You're hungry for success and don't give up easily (resilience is your middle name)
- You're a multi-tasking wizard who can juggle like a pro
- You're always ready to learn and dream big
- Your communication skills are top tier
- You love turning numbers into killer story strategies
- You love hopping on flights (travel is a part of the job)
- Bonus points for familiarity with RFPs and proposals, particularly in the context of federal, state, and local government, is a bonus.

We believe in rewarding hustle and results. This role is 100% commission-based and comes with a sweet 20% commission on all deals you close. That means the more awesome clients you bring in, the more you'll earn. Sky's the limit, baby!
